It depends on who blames whom.
It should be more like:
Students: should blame themselves for not learning or
doing anything productive in their four years of
learning, and wasting lot of their precious time
(exceptions are 5-6 students who do *practical*
implementation).
Faculty: should blame themselves for not trying to
learn, or keep themself current with technology,
avoiding inter-departmental politics (and misusing the
students for the same), and helping students in their
*practical* work (exceptions are 2-3 professors who
really motivate their students and help them).
Management: should blame themselves for not providing
sufficient resources/freedom to students, faculty
(there are exceptional management too).
So, each one should blame themselves and correct
themselves and see what they can really do and show it
proudly as *their work*, irrespective of the odds/pain
they suffer, and the drawbacks/limitations they face.
It is all about *attitude*.
