Open a terminal and post output of:
/sbin/lsmod
/sbin/ifconfig -a
cat /etc/resolv.conf
Note, you can redirect output to a file:
/sbin/lsmod > lsmod.txt
These are useful for debugging. Please paste them
inline and send the e-mail (_not_ as attachments).
