Sure, after you have hold of the line(s), just RMB to Mirror Geometry.

I have to match line and shape of some clines...  is there a way to copy
and mirror this lines...  of course I'll also have the issue of needing
to reassign the new nets to them.  Anyone have any ideas for this?  

 

These are not just matched length, but also matched curves and shapes of
clines.
