XP is more stable than Win2k. Printer-related Allegro crashes are
marginally more common under XP than Win2k.
I still have a problem not being able to package/netrev under XP, though. I
suspect this is either a path problem (sysadmin hasn't helped yet) or a
license manager (mangler?) problem. I keep my Win2k system going just to
package and netrev. (Got a new XP notebook, so the old Win2k system is
still available and I won't let the sysadmin reposess it until he fixes the
packager/netrev problem!)
