My only comment here would be that you are more likely to be supported
longer under XP than Win2K.  Cadence recently dropped support for NT, it is
only a matter of time until they drop support for NT (I would bet on it
after Micro$oft releases Longhorn).

I have had few problems with XP, aside from the way it handles word
selection :)
