Hi, Joe. I thought that was odd as well. Why would holding the unit in your
hand cause it to drop out. I would think it would just vibrate a lot if it
was picking up the noise of your hand on the case of something.

This is very odd. I have to use the up-arrow often in order to raise the
level to a
satisfactory point. I wonder why it's the up-arrow and never the
down-arrow.
This is strange, especially when add comments made by others in which they
mention that it happens
to them when the unit is not horizontal.
