[ian-reeds-games] items example map

Hi Ian,
Jarek noticed that the items example map didn't seem to be working, meaning the
hero was unable to equip the bow, sword and armor. I tried it myself and it
didn't work. I guess it needs an equip_type or something. Just thought I would
let you know what he found.
