The move cost and attack damage is actually easy. You can modify a skill for a particular unit in the unit's file...so, if my attack is normally attack_hp_inflict=50 I can modify the damage in the file, like so: attack_hp_inflict_mod=70 Same with movement cost. Say your movement points are called "mps". So the modification would look like move_mps_cost=2 I'm not sure if you can have effects stack, though. I don't think it's possible, but...*shrug* It never worked when I tried it, anyway. You can keep modifying the attack damage and move cost though, probably.
