It was before the tax went into effect, which was after 12/31/2001
(i.e., since 1/1/2002). I just purchased a dual CPU PC to server as a
Linux Server. We will not even install any MS software, but I have been
*taxed* $130 for the machine. So, I will write a letter requesting a
refund...
