Hello,
As we are not a small complex (that operates 24 hours a day), I would hope
plans are in the works to find vendors that provide 24 hour service. The gate
has been an on-going issue in the 6 years I've been here, and it seems
everything stops at 5pm when it comes to service. No homeowner would accept
this in her/his individual unit, and shouldn't have to in the community
at-large.

noticed the issue this morning. A new vendor came out to assess the situation
and it turns out the wiring is going bad. The vendor will be back out early
next week. We were not charged for the thousands of times the other vendor
came out. As soon as the Board has an update next week we will let everyone
know.
