Also, the side gate near 400 is broken. Saw several neighbors try to leave,
and the button is not releasing the lock. Not sure if this is a correlation
or not.

There are two suspicious looking men that have climed over the gate on
Jackson & Highland near unit 401. One is possibly in his early fifties &
the other mid thirties.
They are not wearing any working-uniforms nor do they appear to have any
need to be in the community.

Unfortunately the gate will have to remain open this weekend. The Board
noticed the issue this morning. A new vendor came out to assess the
situation and it turns out the wiring is going bad. The vendor will be back
out early next week. We were not charged for the thousands of times the
other vendor came out. As soon as the Board has an update next week we will
let everyone know.
