I remember that you sent a previous email about the gate a few months
ago. I couldn't find it, but it was about the same issue.
Troubleshooting step 1 - Have you recently replaced the battery in your
remote? If the battery is more than 3 years old, it is suspect.
I had issues as well with my remote around the same time, but putting in
a new name brand battery resolved the issue.
Also, if your battery is low, I've learned that pressing the button and
holding it for 2-3 seconds is more effective than pressing it multiple
times.

Ok so it is not just me. I asked about the gate not working with the remote a
few weeks ago. But I just watched five to six people trying to get in. What
is the magic number of times to press the button? Can we please fix this?
