Who is responsible for maintaining the outside power breakers and wiring? I do
not have power at my unit and my inside breakers are working properly. I
called Georgia Power, and they indicated that I do have a positive charge,
meaning that power is coming into my unit. The Georgia Power rep. suggested
that there is a problem with the outside breaker at the complex.

Unfortunately the gate will have to remain open this weekend. The Board noticed
the issue this morning. A new vendor came out to assess the situation and it
turns out the wiring is going bad. The vendor will be back out early next week.
We were not charged for the thousands of times the other vendor came out. As
soon as the Board has an update next week we will let everyone know.
