delinquency report switch show account balances of homeowners and is
information only privy to the board. In addition to that the file sizes of
the full financials are too large to send to the email list (I would
recommend migrating to a Google group as the file size limitation is much
larger) I can however send you the basics (balance sheet and income and
expense report) which can be forwarded out.

Not yet, they are normally out on Thursdays, but due to Memorial Day
they are running a day behind and should take care of it on Friday.



The reserve study update is in progress, but I am working on providing
them some information they need to get started. Once they input the info I
give them they will schedule a site inspection, then take that inspection
along with my information back and plug it into their system to create a
draft of the Reserve Study. I will then review and send back any
corrections. Then he will issue the final reserve study. It is a bit of a
process. Aside from the Leasing Program, almost all other projects are
heavily dependent upon the new Reserve Study so I would recommend
rescheduling the bulk or all of the meeting if possible until the new
Reserve Study is complete. You can always just do a short meeting (possibly
executive only to review the Leasing Agreement) as scheduled and meet again
in July for the open session. I am still waiting on information/proposals
from window and pool furniture companies.

landscaping and see if they are able to trim those vines on Jackson street.



Also, were we able to get an ETA on the reserve study?



Board, we will need to determine how to move forward with our next
meeting. Should we continue with a regular board meeting but hold off on
major financial votes since we need the reserve study to do so?  Should we
have a special meeting or change the board meeting to a later date once we
receive the reserve study? The board meeting is scheduled for this coming
Monday, June 4th.
