The one in the mail carried enough information, thanks. I've changed the driver to take the mapping changes into account, please test it again.
Apologies, but i am about to disappear (:P) and loose the internet for the weekend. I will still test (and play around with) the driver during the weekend and after that, i will do all the testing you want :-).
