Ok, getting past the GTT Bug, i can see the desktop :). (Well, almost). The Driver is crashing and throwing me into the kernel debugger, saying:

Is this an easy bug, or a hard bug? :). (Do you need more info ofcourse too?).
Please ignore that, it seems i can't reproduce it.
The driver now gets to the desktop, and it does have that black stripe, but nonetheless it gets there. What i'll do is go away and learn *alot* more about driver development, specifically graphics hardware, and continue to tamper with the driver.
That is to say, i'll go back to learning/lurking :). Thx anyway Axeld!
