[haiku-i18n] Re: Localization of files and folders

I discussed this some in the past with someone (don't remember who or
where). The problem comes about when you have multi-lingual machines.
I think it would be cool to have some attributes like Name.fr attached to
files and have Tracker know to display Name.{locale} if it's available.
PulkoMandy thought at one point that it would be good if executables could
store translations of their names as definitions...but I rather like my idea
better.
