The reason it was not done, is because it is hard to get it right.
Basically, localizing can't be done at filesystem level (renaming
files&folders) because that would break all existing apps.
Localizing at tracker level means Terminal (and maybe other apps) will
still use the english name.
We have no good solution for this yet.
