Swedish, as an option in the ReadOnlyBootPrompt, should appear in
the next nightly.

I think the ReadOnlyBootPrompt app only shows the langauges for
which -it- has a catalog. That's how it decides which to show.

Yes, that's it. It avoids an overcrowded list of languages.
As for the icon, you have to draw it in Icon-O-Matic if it's missing. Then open a ticket in trac for getting it added to the locale kit.
