I granted you "Language Manager" permissions at HTA, but can't find 
Francesca in the list of users. She'd have to register at HTA first.
Now that you are Language Manager, you can also grant permissions 
yourself. Just go into "Userlist" > "Language Manager" and at the top 
there's a link to "grant" language manager status.
