I think the easiest method for any modern BIOS is to download the USB
image and write it to a USB stick, then boot from that on the machine
you want to install to.  You can test out the drivers before
installing.

It would be best if you had a spare partition ready and then it should
be just a matter of following the installer in Haiku.

If you have problems booting from a USB stick then you can try burning
a CD to boot from

Not generally, haiku includes pretty much all the working drivers we have.
