You mean it's okay for someone to constantly create an atmosphere of hate and mistrust in an otherwise perfectly functional project where everyone else seems to like and respect each other? It would seem unfair if we had done this step after the first two or three incidents. I can't count them anymore, and most of the people I know try to avoid reading Jorge's mails, or outright ignore threads where he writes the most mails. Many developers are not subscribed to the haiku mailing list anymore because of him. Many people had their conflict with Jorge already. And with no one else. The only time I was angry in the last 5 years was because of Jorge. Since he shows no signs of even trying to fit in better, and instead, the interval between his outbursts are getting shorter and shorter, he just hurts the project severly. I had my share with Jorge, and since then tried to get out of his way as much as possible. I can't count the hours his social incompetence cost me already. I'm not willing to take this any longer. Please look at the SVN and Gentoo talks that Matt and others posted: while they seem cold and economic at first, in fact they aren't. Trying to revoke our rights of a GPL'd theme three days after the release is just the tip of the iceberg. Bye, Axel.
