Possible. Not sure if it's that obvious to look for it there, however.
Maybe a user doesn't even know that the Deskbar is named "Deskbar" (and
Tracker "Tracker")...
Having it close to the application may not be a bad idea.

They already have, Deskbar and Tracker, too.
