 The OsAllocatorHaiku does not seem to have the required changes. Unless
 the allocator was switched to the POSIX one, the failure would not be
 surprising. As analysed above, the actual issue is the reservation of the
 address space, that essentially disallows allocating and then cutting more
 than once.
