 I looked at OSAllocatorPOSIX and it already is an #ifdef mess. Adding more
 ifdefs will make it even less readable, and if it changes merging will be
 harder (merge conflicts). I would be for leaving OSAllocatorHaiku at least
 until we can have our port upstream.

 Our implementation is not identical to Linux (it uses mprotect in places
 where we need mmap, so we can't reuse these paths).
