 Yes, the OsAllocatorHaiku had been introduced only because the standard
 OsAllocatorPosix couldn't be made to work at the time (this goes back a
 very long time ago, possibly to Maxime Simon's 2009 GSoC project). Now
 that our mmap implementation is matching Linux and BSD in terms of
 features, we may now use it and it's one piece of code less to maintain.
