Hi Don,

Yes, I often use the repeat command. Certainly, when I'm on the bus, I
use the MX sequence primarily so I can monitor what we are passing on
the braille display. I had used both braille and speech, but over the
past few months, I find I'm using braille almost exclusively, certainly
with the GPS application. Thanks.
Best Regards,

Les

Hi Les and others,

I also use a guide dog and I find the "repeat this command" very useful
with the next intersection command. I just do a mx and the next
intersection gets
announced every 12 seconds. I find that this is the command I want to
check most, so having it repeated automatically really saves a lot of
time. I use
braille output only, so simply have to check the braille display every
so often to see what's coming up. You can change the repeat interval in
the gps
options menu if you want something other than every 12 seconds which is
the default.

Hello Les and all!

I usually use dots 4 5 6 to find out my next intersection (when my
BrailleNote is not in Concord). It's quite handy (no pun intended) to
press 4 5 6 with your right hand.

With a smile,
Karen
