[GeoStL] Re: Reusing Event Cache pages

I'm far from upset about if the cache page is re-used or not. I had
originally just casual curiosity as to why. If this is how it is going to
be, why not just re-use all annual event caches? What makes this one
different? No drama here. Everyone's opinion is valid, I personally haven't
seen event cache pages re-used, and inquired about it. Is there an official
policy on this or no?
