The first picture in the 12th row might be a wine bottle holder. The wine
bottles are stored upside down to keep the cork moist while the wine ages.
That prevents the wine turning to vinegar. Just a guess. I grew up in the
Chicago suburbs, not on a farm. I am of Italian descent soooo.....

We have a few theories on the 1st row picture, that other one though is a
stumper.
