Mike,
You may be behind the times :-)
Now most of the smart phones can run some sort of geocaching app.
The phone brings up the app, you select "nearest cache" and in realtime you
get a list with your location (from the GPS in the phone) of the closest
caches.
Then select 1 to go to using either the internal compass or Google maps with
streets or satellite view.
Then when you find the cache, and the phone has the cache still selected,
you just mark as found and enter what you want for the log. Then select
"send to geocaching.com" and it's automagically posted to that cache page
and then on to the next cache.

OK, the old missing line demon is at it again. Here is the whole

I have seen those kind of tags on email, but a log is entered on a web
page, and I don't think phones automatically put things on a web page. How
would it know where to put it? Or am I so behind the times that you can
use email to log things now?
