1. WTH are rancors?
2. Computers running do put off a little bit of heat, but not enough to heat
an office, also they will not be running 24/7.

But I do agree that SBW is the most ideal space. It is ready now, not some
far off distant future that may never happen (LangLab), and it is still
pretty convenient to get to!
