Um... OK, I get it, stairs up and no door AND the overhead door....
Fire marshal probably won't want the stairs secured....
So, that being said, we'll need a way to secure the inventory to an
extent... Build walls and make lockable storage areas?
3) Any kind of Internet options?
Will they let us run a CAT-5 cable and access the Internet?
