We had an online fundraising campaign at the end of December. With year
end crunch we are finally getting around to doing TY letters. The donors of
course got a receipt and automatic thank you from the campaign.
We want to do proper ty's. Can the Ty's be sent by email? is that an
acceptable way to send thank you letters in general and in particular in
this online campaign?. Should we differentiate between large and small
donors?
