Folks

Back in April 2006, Dennis & I had a pleasant and informative exchange (on
Zoss) about the Michael-George Pen Company YANKEE model I found in the wild
(subsequently sold to a fine gentleman on this list). I did some research and
found information on the Grand Haven, Michigan location, subsequently repeated
(sometimes incorrectly) on various posts in various forums.

I posted photos of my pen and the writeup on the company as it existed in Grand
Haven. Dennis recently stated that the links were broken, however, this still
resides on the Photobucket web site. The links were long, truncated links,
which is why they were broken. I have reformatted them to TinyURL format and
invite you to view at this link:

I was not aware of the California real estate career Fultz wrote about and
delight in this new knowledge. With due respect to Fultz, I can confirm, that
the document authored by Wallace Ewing states that Kraker moved to Libertyville
AFTER the Grand Haven pen manufacturing era, which presumes that the California
move came later. How nice it would be if Fultz's letter writer had responded
back, eliciting further factual data from a family member. I am not familiar
with the article to which Fultz refers. Can you let me know where it can be
found Mr. Fulz?
