Hi All, We have a sudden problem where some users can access the Global Address List and some users can not see the names or addresses inside it. They see it as blank. We have two servers for logon that authenticate users, but only one of these servers is an Exchange server. Has anyone had this happen to them? I am not sure that I know where to start troubleshooting this. I have found that deleting a user's profile on their machine and recreating it solves the problem of the global address list displaying as blank, but I don't think that this is the solution that I want to pursue. I do not want to go to each user and rebuild their profile.
