We have recently added our first exchange 2000 server. Prior to this our email
was handled by a 3rd party vendor. we have added the "A" records and now all
email to both the old and new addresses are working (sending and receiving)
from inside the firewall to the outside world. However, we have one user who
works from home and doesn't have a direct IP connection to the server. Is it
possible for her to receive her email from our exchange server. She can send
OK but can't receive. If so, what needs to be configured.
