Running AV at all?
What version is your Store.exe?
If it is not the same as the one in the SP change it. Then Re-apply your SP
I have had this problem before. Not sure how it happened but I ended up with
a store.exe version that was newer than the service pack that was applied.

Our Store would 'leak' memory upto the point the server would grind to a
standstill.

Are you sure it is a memory leak - Exchange grabs all the available memory
it can. Does the server actually slow down or freeze?

Hi,
I'm having a problem with exchange in that IS is using most memory and it
shouldn't be.
Config of my server is
W2K,Sp2,Dell 6350, 1GB RAM,Exchange 5.5 (SP4).
When services restarted memory is ok but it becomes increasingly high over
time.This server is only a public folder server and there are no mailboxes
on it.
I suspect it's some kind of memory leak or something but don't know what I
can do to fix it,
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
