HI Guys
I have a wired problem. We r sending mail to one particular email address
and all mails r bouncing back. But when I m sending mail to another address
on the same Domain its getting thru. But mail address which have problem is
correct , I tried from my hotmail account and I got the reply. I receive The
recipient name is not recognized NDR . can any body suggest me the cause?

Therefore you aren't able to receive their emails right? Also check if you
have any events in the event viewer regarding the smtp service first.

Don't know if you guys can help we have an external company who send us
mails with attachements but they keep getting the error below;
451 4.4.1 reply: read error from email.domain.com.
