Hi all, I'm afraid I didn't finish the book. She was said to have written a classic English detective story. In that case, the classic English detective story isn't my cup of tea. I found the plot pedestrian and the characters shallow. Most of all I couldn't find any reason for me to be interested in who had killed the first victim because there was nothing to draw me in. I'm probably in a minority of one here, sorry.
