Maybe it's because you requested 2 books Anne, definately time to chase it up?
My Visitor book has arrived today and was only requested on Monday. So I was
quite impressed with that after the stress of applying but if we have to give
evidence/proof of address every time we request them then ......phew what a
phaff.
I think I will feed my views back to the council and think it would be good to
send collective views too

I ordered 2 books of parking permits in early January, but no sign of them
being mailed out. I'm down to my final permit!
Best wishes, Anne

Hi all
I agree with Gordon on this. A large number of individual complaints could
be very effective!
A further suggestion. Someone might go to the trouble to find out why
Parking Services are doing this. Know your enemy before you start fighting them!

We can all act individually, direct to the council and to our
councillors as well as the locla papers and radio. We can also bring a
resolution to our next ECCO meeting to complain together.
