Fina,
If the file has been translated into braille, save it as a formatted
braille file. To do this, open the "Save as" dialog and press tab once. A
drop-down list will appear, and one of the choices is "Formatted
Braille." Saving the file this way
produces a file that's properly formatted for embossing. Just make sure
that the "desired characters per line" is set to the correct value (30 for
8-1/2 by 11 and 40 for 11 by 11 paper).

Hi steve and listers,
I need a quick answer from someone.
I have a friend who's trying to save a file in duxbury and then wants to put it onto her braille and speak so she can braille it at home. What format could she save it in? She's tried all the formats offered and says none of them works.
A quick and helpful response will be greatly appreciated.
