Hi Warren,

You are absolutely right--it's practically impossible to please everyone!! All of these different groups have very different needs, and that is the challenge that poor Duxbury has. :) All of these different users demand, "I want my software to look and perform exactly the way _I_ want it, and if it doesn't then I'm not a satisfied customer." Kudos to Peter and the other folks at Duxbury for doing the best job that they possibly can.

I can't remember when BANA held its last execution. I don't think there are plans for any in the future--we need to keep all the braille readers we can. Sometimes it's BANA members that feel their heads are on the chopping block. It's hard to please braille readers, transcribers, proofreaders, rehab folks and educators.
