You are right and I as a user very much agree with you feelings about
the product.
It is the best around to do its job and it does it very well.

Hi Warren,

You are absolutely right--it's practically impossible to please
everyone!! All of these different groups have very different needs, and
that is the challenge that poor Duxbury has. :) All of these different
users demand, "I want my software to look and perform exactly the way
_I_ want it, and if it doesn't then I'm not a satisfied customer." Kudos
to Peter and the other folks at Duxbury for doing the best job that they
possibly can.
