I'd love for Prit to be a god, but I
was very afraid to introduce it. But,
since someone else did... :)

By the way, let me know what you think
about the suggestions I'm making for
Ancalagon. In an alternate reality,
Ambrosia duped Magnus into getting her
pregnant. He was away for some months,
and came back to find her holding their
newborn baby.

That night, he asked his friend
Ancalagon (who lived beneath their
castle) to solve his new problem. He
killed Ambrosia and made it seem like
he killed the child, but actually stole
her away and raised her (you never know
what the future holds).

She became very loyal to him, and took
enthusiastically to studies of death,
necromancy, and magic. She still has a
fondness for Myrkul.

Years later, she was taken in by
Praetor, a mad god who came to kill
Ambrosia. They both confronted Magnus,
and he fell in combat.

Some time after this, she came to work
with the "actual" Magnus, when she saw
her best opportunity for divinity to
fall with working with him. Ancalagon
was dead by this time, but she imbued
his soul in a magical staff and carried
him with her.

Now, she's introduced him into this
world as an undead spirit - how would
you see the two of them manifesting as
deities? She'd be satisfied to work
under him, but how would you assign
portfolios?
