Hi,
Over the last few months, DokuWiki has gotten very popular.
Other than this mailing, there is no resource for users to ask
questions. I view this mailing list more for developers, rather than for
user type questions.
I was thinking that we could set up a forum to handle new users. This
would facilitate the growth of DokuWiki as we move forward.
In keeping with the simple theme of DokuWiki, I would recommend PunBB.
PunBB is a very light forum, just the basics and no frills, in other
words light on system resources.
I would volunteer to help set it up, get a new theme made up and help
moderate it. Maybe someone could write a script to feed this mailing
list to the forum, so we could populate it with helpful posts.
Does this sound like a good idea?
