[dokuwiki] Rewrite on Windows

Hi,

Using the 2005-09-22 release on a Windows machine, basically using it as a backup wiki to do make local changes.

I use the rewrite option on my main wiki, urls like bert:test.

On Windows I get bert%3Btest, same config files as the main host.

This is on WinXP, Apache 1.3.3, PHP 4.4.0.

I've read the online wiki but the .htaccess files in the examples don't match the current one.

Any ideas, thanks.
