Surely, one of the reasons to compress files into Zip files is to allow the possible recovery into a different drive/directory. Your requirement would seem to be a strange one in this case. Even if it is just as an archive of particular file, to include the drive letter would insist on recovery to the original exact location - which seems very restrictive and against good practice. Not knowing the requirement in detail of course, this might be an unfair comment.
