OK, I should have mentioned that the CTWebUpdate feature for CakeTalking 8.0
is broken. David Pinto is looking into that.

Where can I download ct 8.3.13? I have ct 8.0.28 installed, but when I
check the web update, it says the latest is ct 7.7.051, and it says I'm
up to date. haha
Also, I have license for ct 8.5. Can I download ct 8.3.13 and use it?
