Well, I was able to do it with the CT update option...
Perhaps there's something wrong with your DAW?

And Mike, like I said, ct 8 update doesn't work, so you can't download
ct 8.3.13 with ct web update. :) If I run ct web update from ct8, it
says I have latest version ct7. haha
