Hi,
I had another thought - we've talked of three fold card printing, one
could do this with the thumbnail format. The only objection would be
pagination. So maybe the solution to all this is to add a feature to
thumbnails that lets the user specify how to arrange the page numbers.
I think 'thumbnails' is a bad name, it really lets you arrange any
number of pages on a piece of paper.
